Client story and review analysis
Coastal Debt Resolve Reviews: Sweeneats’ Story
A real client interview: Food delivery business experience.
He wanted to grow. Then a second round of funding helped turn daily payments into something he calls completely unsustainable. Hear the Sweeneats owner describe his hesitant first call, and the payment structure he says finally worked for him.
Growth funding became payment pressure
The speaker describes taking one tranche of MCA funding and then another. As daily payments accumulated, he became frightened by the money leaving the business account. He says that by the time he called Coastal, he did not readily trust anyone.
Questions answered along the way
He singles out Carlos for answering his many questions professionally and reassuring him throughout the process. He reports that they set up a payment structure that worked for him and says he got the matter settled. The recording expresses his satisfaction; it does not supply every agreement or a full cost calculation.

00:05 I wanted to grow my business. I thought I found a good way to do it. I got involved with these MCAs. I took the money, I went through the first tranche, I took another tranche, and by the time I knew it these payments were catching up to me and I realized they were just unsustainable, completely unsustainable.
00:20 Watching this money come out of my bank account every day it got wild. I don't get scared, but I got scared. I'm a praying man. So, one night I prayed, true story I said, "Lord send me something to get me out of this mess."
00:35 I woke up in the middle of the night, I scrolled down, I found Coastal Debt Resolve. I vetted them briefly. I called them very apprehensively. I didn't really trust anyone at this point by the time it got to that.
00:46 But, you know what? They put me in touch with Carlos. Carlos is my guy. Carlos but reassured me the entire way. Every step, every question I had, and trust me when I tell you I had lots of them.
00:59 Uh Carlos answered everything. He did it professionally. He did it with courtesy. He understood the situation I was in, and he really made me feel comfortable through this entire process. You know, we set up a payment structure that actually worked for me.
01:11 Uh and and that was a big win because, you know, now I now I have a route out of this mess, and Coastal Debt Resolve made it easy. Uh they put my mind at ease throughout, you know, the entire step of the way.
01:26 And now I got this thing settled you know, and and it's it's a fantastic feeling. You know, and that that's all Carlos and Coastal Debt Resolve. Uh so, if you're a small business owner like I am, I'm telling you if you find yourself in this pinch, Coastal Debt Resolve is where you want to go, and if you can, ask for Carlos, cuz that dude is the man.
01:46 Thank you so much. Best of luck to you.
The lesson to explore
Do not assume a later funding round will feel like the first. Ask how new commitments combine with existing ones and what a proposed payment structure actually requires.
