Coastal Debt Resolve Reviews: Blue Mountain Contractors’ Story

A real client interview: Plumbing and HVAC business experience.

Three MCAs. A service call that fell through. A phone call home with no clear answer about what came next. Hear Blue Mountain Contractors’ owner explain how he went from that moment to reporting two balances paid off.

The startup money did not stretch far enough

The owner introduces himself as Jimmy and describes starting a plumbing and HVAC business in Utah. He says the family had already put $100,000 from their house into the business. About two months in, they realized more funding was needed. By the third MCA, he felt the situation was unsustainable.

Two resolved balances, one still ahead

After a service call fell through, he called his wife, who found Coastal online. He credits the team and Marco with helping the business through that period. In the recording, he reports two MCAs paid off with zero balance letters and says the third is about to be paid off. His account is a progress report, not a claim that all three were already finished.

00:04 So, my name is Jimmy and I own Blue Mountain Contractors here in Utah. And we're a plumbing HVAC business. Uh when we got into the market, we realized how stiff the competition was. We had pulled $100,000 out of our house already just as startup for the business.

00:22 We realized about 2 months in that wasn't going to be enough. We got into MCAs, so merchant cash advances. And by the time I got into three of them, I realized this was not going to be sustainable.

00:38 Uh it's mid July 2026 right now. Last year, around Thanksgiving, I called the wife from a service call that fell through and I said, "I don't know what we're going to do." She found Coastal Debt online.

00:58 We had three loans with three different MCA companies and I think that Coastal Debt probably kept us out of bankruptcy. We are now at a point where two of the three MCAs are paid off with zero balance letters and we are about to pay the third one off and graduate from the program.

01:15 Can't thank Marco at Coastal Debt enough and the team over there at large. We're very grateful for Coastal Debt Resolve.

The lesson to explore

When several arrangements are involved, track them separately. Ask which obligations are resolved, what written confirmation exists, and what remains outstanding rather than relying on a single overall label.

Reported details and interview status

The client reports three MCA obligations, two zero balance letters and one remaining payoff at the time of the recording. The $100,000 figure describes startup funding, not program savings.
